About Me
My name is Lauren Woo. I became passionate about birth after I suffered 3 miscarriages and one still born at 18 weeks gestation. How I wish I had the support of a doula during my losses-someone to explain what was going on and to help me get through.
A year and a half after my losses I had my rainbow baby, Aria. It was at that point that I decided that I wanted to be that person to come along side and support women in their births. I pursued my dream and am now a certified birth, bereavement and postpartum doula through Stillbirthday University.
I am a full-time mom to Aria, Arrow and Indie, wife to my husband, Joel and I am in love with every aspect of my jobs!
